The Stinson L-5 Sentinel was designed as a Liaison airplane with enough room for 2 crew and no arms of any kind. Eventually as demand progressed, some Sentinels were built with an additional door was placed on the back to carry stretchers as an air ambulance. Others were used exclusively for observation purposes, spying on enemy sites from above typically with the co-pilot taking photographs.

The Omikron Pilot series watches share the names of these mid 20th century aircraft to remember them and the heroes who flew them. They have also been made with exclusive Swiss Leschot LM-196 super automatic caliber movements. A triad of subsidiary dials offers their own incredible insight into timekeeping. The date of the month, day of the week, and even a secondary timezone are on exhibition upon the smooth, dual tone dial with only the crown on the edge of the brushed stainless steel case to set them. The true luxury, perhaps, is the textured leather strap that curls around your wrist, while held with an opulent slip butterfly buckle to create the perfect fit.
